Scope of work:
In September 2017, local NGOs together with Hong Kong’s leading beverage producers and bottlers, representing nearly half of bottled water and soft drinks sold in Hong Kong, joined major retailers and the waste industry to announce the formation of the Drink Without Waste (DWW) Working Group.
The Drink Without Waste team believe that by working together as producers, importers, distributors, retailers, waste management services, HKSAR government and consumers, we can reduce the waste from our beverage consumption.
“Hong Kong can create a circular economy for used packaging, if we all commit to the following strategies and actions of reducing, redesigning, recovering and recycling single-use packaging.”
DWW’s ultimate goal is to develop and facilitate strategies and actions to significantly reduce waste from beverage consumption arriving at our landfills and polluting our environment, in Hong Kong.
Cheddar Media created the brand identity and a wide range of media assets for DWW in preparation for the December 2017 launch. This included the greater visual identity (logo, colors, fonts), bi-lingual responsive website (English and Chinese), positioning paper a4 book, a4 fliers, handheld promotional items, pull-up banners, powerpoint presentation template, letterhead and so fourth. Offset printing was facilitated for the positioning paper books (English and Chinese versions).
